Companies of Echterhage Holding presented solutions for fluid and drive technology

Among other things, VSE showed its new IO.flow® Converter. The plug-in module integrates VSE flowmeters into IO-Link systems. In addition to digitised process data, the module also provides maintenance and diagnostic data, thus raising the market leader's high-precision sensors to Industry 4.0 level.

HBE presented further variants of its successful ACI cooler series. The ACIP series includes a motor-pump unit that makes it possible to operate the cooler in off-line mode, even for retrofitting to existing hydraulic systems. The initially available 6 sizes of the ACIP cooler series will be equipped with 1.1 kW motors and gear pumps with capacities from 16 to 32 cm3 as standard. With the ACM series, the air cooler programme is completed by a variant with 12/24V DC motors. This is suitable for mobile applications with oil flow rates of 10 to 300 l/min and achieves cooling capacities of up to 50kW (∆t=40K).

The range of high-quality components for industrial hydraulic power units were complemented by the products of the Italian subsidiary Oleotec.

DST has been able to open up new business fields in the recent past. The company's permanent magnet couplings now also ensure leakage-free and wear-free power transmission in applications with hydrogen - one of the central topics at the fair.

Beinlich Pumpen, the focus was on the range of ViSCO.series® progressing cavity pumps, which can now also be supplied with ceramic rotors. This greatly extends the range of applications and the service life of the pumps. These pumps are used in the aerospace and automotive industries, among others, as well as in the production of battery modules.

In addition to the individual products of the five companies, this year the focus of the exhibition presentation was on their expertise in the production of composite solutions. Especially in the field of customized specific solutions, the team is able to offer high-quality solutions quickly and flexibly.
