Walsn UniMass CFS-E
Some polyols contain a high percentage of calcium carbonate solids. In these applications, the presence of suspended particles affects the measurement principle of mechanical flow meters. Walsn Coriolis flow meters operate independently of solid content and therefore provide stable and consistent performance under these conditions.
The Walsn UniMass CFS-E is a Coriolis flow meter with a classic twin-V tube design, engineered for reliable everyday use and strong cost efficiency. Wetted parts made from either 316L stainless steel or Hastelloy C22 allow the meter to handle a wide range of media, from chemical liquids and additives to fuels, oils, air, nitrogen and various gas mixtures.
Its high-frequency drive provides strong resistance to external vibration and ensures rapid signal response, making the CFS-E suitable for both continuous flow measurement and dosing or batching, even with short cycles.
A variety of transmitter options is available, from economical OEM units with pulse or Modbus output to versions with multi-line displays, analogue outputs and digital interfaces including HART, Modbus, Foundation Fieldbus and Profibus.
Other versions and sizes are available on demand.
